Torque boxes and sub frame connectors
Anyone done either or for their car. I want to put these on. Trying to figure out the best route. I don't have a lift, not even a welder for that matters but I know who has a welder. I think laying on your back will probably have to do since I'm affraid of putting the car on a lift to do this will change the geometry of not having the weight on the car. Any thoughts/advice on putting welding them while the car is on the ground? Who has done this?

Re: Torque boxes and sub frame connectors
Laying on your back doing this would be a real pain, spatter burns suck. If your concerned you could bolt the frame connectors on then have them welded while on a lift. I don't think being on a frame type lift as opposed to being on a drive on lift would make too much of a difference a difference.
