1971 MPC Road Runner build up

Post by 72 Hillbilly Blue » Tue Dec 09, 2008 1:02 pm

I thought maybe you guys would enjoy this build that I am into. I have a MPC Road Runner and wanted a more detailed model, so I figured I could use the 1971 Charger kit for the chassis, interior, motor and glass.
The paint is '71 Light Gunmetal Met. The interior will be white to match the stripes. I will post more photos when it is done in about a week. By the way, I got super confused when trying to find inner upper door panel pictures. How many styles where there?

Thats gonna look nice!

At my local hobby shop they sell premade engines that you can drop into your existing model.

$40.00 for a 440. (Scale wise, the prices are kinda dead on)
