Hey Boys

Post by aerodynamic » Mon Dec 08, 2008 1:20 am

Well howdy strangers! Hope everyone's enjoying their holidays thus far.

Well, since I sold the car I've had more time on my hands, so here's some of the things I've been up to. Had a small role as a cop in an independent film, locally produced here in Melbourne Florida. The premier was actually done in a real movie theater, so it was a little weird to see myself up there on the big screen. I had a lot of fun doing it though. I'm even listed on IMDB.COM as an actor, which is a hoot. I'm still learning to use the sound studio I created, and I'm also trying to get permission to write a screenplay based on the epic biography of a particular WW2 fighter ace.

I was going to post a screenshot from the movie and my ugly mug, but I don't see a way to post pix anymore. Wussup wit dat? :-)

You know my favorite WWII Ace was Ira Bong. A local hero around my parts. I went to a great museum last summer that was dedicated to him, had his plane in it and everthing. I believe he was refered to as the "Ace of Aces". Mega kills and still died by the time he was 24 in an experimental aircraft, what a shame.

Good luck,

Dennis
