Spark Plug suggestion.

Post by 71Runner » Wed Dec 03, 2008 10:47 am

A search here yielded nothing, so I thought I'd post. I'm going to be changing plugs soon and was wondering what you guys are using. My engine is a '71 383. Heads are cut a bit to yield about 10:1 comp. 284*/.484 Purple Shaft cam. Dual plane intake, Holly 750 DP,Hooker Super Comps, 3k stall speed converter w/4:10 axle rear. Car usually driven a mixture of around town cruising with some highway use. What would you guys suggest. I don't recall whats in the car now, but probably Autolites. Thanks.

I use Accel 134, works good with a double pumper.
