So I spent all day today working on a custom bicycle, when I could have been working on my car.
I know its kinda off topic, but does anyone else have any projects going on that aren't Mopar related?
You can post pics if you want.

Yea I do, 67 Chevy step side, I've been working on this for a number of years now. 57 Nomad I doing this one for my brother in law, it's a really solid highly optioned car (power windows, I think it's called a wonder bar radio. fuel injected small block. It's a pretty rare car to say the least. 89 jeep Cherokee 2 door, totally loaded with every option except a sun roof. It's getting a 4.5 in lift, one ton steering, custom Dana 44 up front and an e body Dana 60 rear, winch, bumpers, bla, bla, bla. This is pretty close to being a Mopar. There are a coulpe more but they are waiting their turn. Oh and now since I blew up my 454 Suburban I can put that on the list of to do's that really need to get done before deer hunting. Well these are the things that keep me from ever getting anything done to my 72. I wish I would win the lotto so I could quit working and play with my toys before I get too old.

Thanks.
I'll get the 454 in the sub as soon as the short block shows up, hopefully early next week. that will take a couple of nights after work. We are building an addition that needs to get done by November 10. After thats done I have to pack my crap and hit the road. Thats not that much I won't be working till after the new year so I plan on staying up north and running the wiring and hooking up the wood burning furnace in the new garage. When thats done I will be able to work on my 72 for a few weeks before heading home for xmas.

Doh! Projects...yea...thinin the heard...Three real keeper big projects...The 72 RR, of course, 55 Willys Bermuda (extreemly rare), my 59 Plymouth taxi (one off car)......see this forum link on the Plymouth:
http://www.forwardlook.net/forums/forum ... =1&start=1
I'm finishing up a 65 Beetle. It looks good. I wanted to test my resto skills with it, as they are easy and kinda cheap to restore.
I got a number of other minor league" projects, and other cool and unique drivers.
I'm off to the local pull-a-part to hunt parts for my van.....here's an "as-found" pic of it..(couldn't say no at $500)

Oh believe me its a BIG project!!

I had to build, design, and engineer every part of this car from the ground up. This is a total one off custom build, there will never be one like this again. It is very accurate and uses almost all real Ferrari parts.

I have the original Schwinn seat i might use.If not ill make a custom one and use a shock for suspension.
And before you ask why i chopped a perfectly good Schwinn,it was hacked by someone else before me,but didn't workout. So i made it a project.Tomorrow im finishing it,getting master links so i can complete my chain(chains about 6 feet in length)And i need little things like kickstand and stuff.
