i remember reading about that car...sat in a dealer's storage facility for 30 some years, right? i thought it said someone walked in with a million bux but they wouldn't sell

Awesome car.. that would make one hell of a General Lee clone.... Mapleleaf Mopar reference

Only thing to do with that car is to start building a house.. once you got the foundation and such done park the car on it and build the rest of the house around it. Be a shame to even drive it down to the local convience store cause you would double the mileage on the odometer

I think it would be insulting to the poor car to not drive it.

I could be wrong but I thought that original Speedos had black numbers for the tenths of a mile on the odometer and Replacement speedos had red numbers. I noticed this when I bought an NOS speedo for my car

To a point I agree, but why drive a museum piece?? There are many more out there to drive....

not of the 69 daytona variety, though...the peeps that live behind my grandma have several superbirds and a daytona that they drive around town...and come to find out they're the high up people for the national b-body owner's association....that's what started my mopar fascination - orange and white daytona, superbirds, go green 6pack challenger...mmm
