Where did you get your door panels and how much did they cost?

The lowers are original to this car however modified for the power window switches. Uppers are from one of my donor Sebrings. Green originally but in very good condition, I painted them with a SEM vinyl product, so far holding up well. Still on the lookout for either some good usable rear uppers without a window crank hole. Had to plug these panels, although not very noticeable as they are now, would like to have the correct panels. Haven’t checked in a while, any reproduction options for these panels yet anybody know of?
Plenty of nice left over green interior trim parts if anyone has a need.

I have a 72 Satellite parts car, but every part I have need for my RR has already been stolen off of it. Its got to be the worst parts car ever!

Legendary didn't list any 72 panels. :?

If you have the deluxe interior door panels. They're the same between '71 & '72. The standard interior panels are the same between '71 & '72. But I think they only reproduce the deluxe panels, and not the others.

Some changes this off season

As much as I like the fit and finish of the TTI headers and exhaust system, ground clearance at the collectors has been a problem for me from day one. I enjoy driving the car on the street whenever I can but hated always having to watch out for potential contact with normal contours encountered in the road surface. Ordered up the 3” HP manifold head pipes from TTI for their 3” X-pipe system on the car, pulled the later HP manifolds(no heat riser) from the 400 waiting to go into the Sat project (a ways off yet), cleaned up the castings and gasket matched the ports. Considered painting them with a manifold paint but elected to go all natural. I was prepared for a change in the way the exhaust system sounds but still surprised at how much louder the Dynamax Super Turbos are with just the change to manifolds. Now has an intolerable drone at low engine speed/light to mid loads (cruising). I have some 14” Magnaflow SS resonators on order to install in the tail pipes similar to the factory muffler/resonator configuration on these cars. I will have to rework the tips and change the way TTI hangs their tail pipes to accommodate them correctly. I’ll post some shots after completion.
The MP reissue “six-pack” cam seems to like the manifolds much better, I have been able the jet down a bit on the carbs for better all-around drivability. Don’t plan to race the car, so not concerned with a potential loss in top end power as a result of this change.

Update; completed the rework of the tail pipes and tips to install 3” resonators. The drone is gone and overall sound level is down significantly. My rework is modeled after the factory resonator installation including Actuate Exhaust’s reproduction stainless resonator hangers. Had to modify the TTI 3” tips and resonators to mount as the factory style resonator tips did.

Very nice work!
Where did you bought resonators? Part number?

Need to add those for my cars as well.

thanks for the advice on the TTI drone exhaust. I just fitted mine last week and the noise is killing me. Almost makes your eardrums pop.

I saw the resonators... def thinking the same thing, so good to confirm.

But can you tell me about the 3 inch machine gun tips?

Here’s a shot of the TTI reproduction stainless steel tips for their 3” tail pipes I started with;
Image
Needed to fit them to the Magnaflow 3" resonators directly, replicating as close as posible how the factory resonator tips mounted. It required cutting the tips apart and adding mounting hardware (welding 10-32 SS nuts) to the cut down resonator pipe connections. Didn’t think to take some pictures at the time, too busy concentrating on my countless somewhat precise hack saw strokes cutting through several layers of SS without scratching the polished outer surface. Added benefit, I can now disassemble the tips for cleaning and/or refinishing the inner sleeve when necessary. What's left;

Here’s a shot of some very rare recently unearthed NOS factory resonator tips
