roadrunner hood
Hello,
Do any of you guys know where I could find a standard 71-72 roadrunner hood in good shape? My hood is pretty rough and I can't seem to find one for my restoration. Well I did find one and lost $600, but that's another story. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Hey... I have a real nice hood on my 72 that I am replacing with a real Air Grabber as I need the cool air as this car has 652 HP with 700 Ft Lbs of torque!! It's in Califluvmoparz wrote:post a wanted ad on moparts.com......I got one that way a couple of years ago....in great shape, use forward air to ship, reasonable as long as there is a major airport fairly close to you. Mine cost 100 for shipping which included crating it up.

Re: hood
Thanks for the kind words you guys. I tried to make this car a sleeper 400 as you all know they only had 175 HP at that time with the emissions thing so even the engine "looks" stock but is actually 500 CI stroked / bored Edlebrock heads etc etc etc...... Its also a factory air and 4 speed. Bench seatsrr6pak wrote:I like the last pix...LOL!

That's a nice looking car. Welcome to the nest. These cars never looked like sleepers to me. Even the SSP's look fast.
