Road Runner Nest

Finally, after a year...cuz i live in an apartment now, i was able to hook-up the sidepipes, so now my ears don't ring and neither does every screw or bolt on the car...exciting. I have to say, though that the sidepipes are much quieter than i had expected. Also finally raised my front end. Supposed to be at 1.625", i believe...mine was at .25!!! Holy cow, no wonder my car was so low. I raised it up to 1 inch over stock, so i've only dragged about 4 times today...these streets are FULL of potholes and dips! It's a lot better than the every time there's a bump, though, eh? ooh, and the big thing that's been bothering me...the passenger side motor mount: shakey and rough ride, rattles, crooked engine, trans not shifting right, clunk sound from the driveshaft (?) all fixed, just like that. Also got my stereo put back in...i was afraid someone would steal it living in the city now, so i took it out, but it's hidden pretty well, unless they take a bat to my window or something...now that's scary. K, well anyway, more progress on the SSP, so that's good. Need to get that paint chip fixed and my decals and pinstripes on and i'll be done for a while.
