440+6 71 Runner on e-Bay?

Post by orangerunner » Sat Jun 03, 2006 12:23 am

I swear this car has been listed every other week on e-Bay for the last two months!
Very nice red 440+6 71 Road Runner auto. I remember this car on a couple of Mopar magazine covers in the late 1990s.

I suppose it's not meeting the reserve price or he has received a number of dead-beat bidders.

It's odd a car like this can't get more than about $90,000 compared to other Mopars of similar rarity.

I've seen it too. Yeah, it seems like ground hog day with this car. Ebay has to be racking up some good $$$$ from the seller trying to sell it.

There's the B5 blue one that's been relisted a few times also, haven't checked ebay for cars lately -- trying to find a motorcycle for not too much.

It's interesting, the B7 blue one typically bids up higher than the FE5 car. If I was thinking about spending that kind of cash, I'd pick the FE5 car. I know the guy who restored that one, and it's definitely the more accurate one of the two.
