Did anyone else see this? Talk about another one of those traps, or maybe stolen.

About that ebay ad...

Interesting that he doesn't have a "buy it now" button. It just says "buy it now" on the photo. Obviously suspicious, and ebay should definitely investigate.

Its an obvious scam aimed to either take someones user ID or attempt to have someone bid on it, close the auction and take someones money....these scams have been going on there for years! Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is!

I thought ebay kept an eye out for these things. Don't they review all submissions?

Probably not, cuz I remember a lemon twist Hemi Cuda being on ebay with 8000 original miles. Slapstik, billboards, spoilers, the best (1971). Yeah, for a BIN of $11,000. What?????!!!!

I have seen a number of these suspicious listings on e-Bay. About a year ago, just about every week there was a Hemi 71 Cuda available as a "Buy It Now" one day auction for $12,000. This seemed to go on for a couple of months.

The ad contained very little detail, anonymous bids only & one photo that was taken from some other website.

Yeah E-bag is getting to be quite the crapshoot.

Some guy hacked my account and the e-bay was charging me for stuff they did. Screwed my bank account up royally. Never again. I had to threaten legal action and actually begin it before they would restore the account(s) to pre hacked condition. Then I had to deal with my bank.

Good idea- infact great, but only of they keep it cleaned up. Seems like ever since they started adding the extra charges in % of the sale, they have gone down hill.
