I agree, bench seat hump's hole is more forward than the one in the pic. Look where it is in relation to the rubber mat in the carpet

the build sheet i have (which is almost mint, surprisingly) - i accidently ripped it cuz i had no idea what it was when i ripped it out from behind the rear seat back support/springs - only ripped a corner off, so it's taped together now - the back seat is one of very few things original to the car when i got it

So, No C16 on the tag, good possibility the console was added....Does anyone have any pictures of any other 72 RR's fender tags they can post?

I track these cars, so yes I have many fender tag photos, some I can share and some I cannot. What exactly are you looking for?

No C16 on the tag = NO Console period.....
I have been tracking these cars just like Eric and I have never seen a tag without the C16 when it has a console.....
It is a really nice car, good luck with it...

Hey A-Z....So when you say...PERIOD...you are saying that the c-16 will not be on the build sheet?.I have seen MANY cars that the build sheets reflect options that the fender tags do not......I am NOT saying that it did or did not have the console from the factory, I am just saying that without the build sheet, you can not say ...PERIOD..to anything..UNLESS you have a copy of my build sheet.

Lets see,I know damn right well Nick wouldn't post something if he wasn't sure of it.Theres a lot of guys on here, they know a hell of a lot more then i do.I know what it feels like to get told by someone else about *your* car.its happened to me,theres no need to get hostel about it.
