Okay, the beer I wouldn't have thought of, but I can see where it helps with the undercoating. The stuff I have to remove is tarlike, a real pain. The same stuff I found that was coating the trunk. I couldn't for the life of me figure out why the car wobbled at 65 mph. I have changed the tires, balanced them, and took a look at the underside when I was taking off a bad muffler, and found that the tar like undercoating was HANGING from the drive shaft like stalagtites (mites?) from the top of a cave. Just hanging and oozing all over god's creation.
So now, I know how to clean it!
