Some of you may have seen the thread about this on Moparts, but I found this link about the topic to be fascinating! Be sure to scroll down ALL the way to the bottom of the page to see links to various photos of different nose and wing configurations explored in the wind tunnnel for 1971. Oh, and notice they experimented with a "fastback" version of the '71 RR!

Anyone else notice how the 71 Charger with the extended front windshiled looks surpisingly like a newer Intrepid? Talk about ahead of their time. :)

I saw them at carlistle to I cant get over the watermelon look :lol:
