Matching original colors?

Which brand and line of paint has the most accurate representation of the original Roadrunner colors in a single stage paint? I'm specifically looking for a fairly accurate version of 1973 F-1 Mist Green. I'm doing a total re-spray but I'd still like to get something that looks as close to the original color as possible. So far I've gotten samples and done sprayouts of Dupont Centari thinking since these cars were probably originally sprayed with acrylic enamel that should be closest, but what I got seemed too gold looking to be Mist Green. I also got some Nason SS and this looks too yellow. I'm thinking about trying some "Restoration colors" paint from TCP Global which I've read is actually Sherwin Williams. I'm trying to leave PPG products as a last resort since their Omni line doesn't seem to be very good quality and their Deltron line has gotten ridiculously expensive.

If you have a section of unfaded paint take it into the paint shop. Most of them have a machine that can "read" it and give them a custom mixture to match it.

Take care in "matching," paint, especially metallic. They've had those paint identifier machines for awhile now, but mixing seems to be the tough part.
