Unless I'm mistaken AMD is the only game in town...

I have seen a few others selling some, probably dealers for AMD.
How's the fit?

Before you order, pop an email to this guy: jeff@521restorations.com

That's Jeff Brown, an AMD dealer and a good friend to both Dave and I. Tell him I sent you and see if he can beat Auto Body Specialty's price for you...

Edit: I see on Jeff's site: http://www.521restorations.com/index.pl ... er/Valance that the front valance is listed for $315. That's before any discounts... Makes me wonder if what I had heard about ABS being an AMD dealer is correct, and if they are NOT, where they are getting their parts from. Did they tell you they have them in stock?

They did have them in stock, I did already order one. I hope the quality is there, sales guy says everyone has been happy with them. Also mentioned that they were a "authentic resto part", similar to AMD's claim. I didn't ask if it was an AMD part.

It's gotta be AMD. There's no one else making them that I'm aware of and I'm certain I've been told ABS is selling AMD parts now. I'm just surprised at the price!

Probably. But there will ALWAYS be guys who will pay good $$$ for an NOS piece before they'll ever shell out less $$$ for a repo piece! The repo parts are really good, but they aren't as good as factory!

Turns out that I was miss-quoted, part is still 295 just as the website says.
I have been in touch with your friend Jeff, he had a good idea who sent me.

Yeah, I got an email from him thanking me... :D

I'll admit to being biased but you won't find a better guy to do business with. Jeff's a super guy, and a committed Mopar gearhead!

Well, he has more than one old Mope, but I'm guessing you might be talking about his sassy grass '71 GTX... like this quicky rendering I did for him?
