Steering column parts info

Post by rr6pak » Sat Feb 21, 2009 6:40 pm

Questions on my '71, no tilt, column shift
Going to rebuilt the column. Does anyone sell the bearings inside the column and or seal (upper and bottom)?
How about the ignition switch and turn signal? Check with local auto parts store?
Has anyone rebuilt their columns?

A friend of mine is rebuilding his '71 Challenger column and he wants the same parts as well. His is no tilt with manual trans.

Thanks :)

I got all my stuff for the column rebuild, to include new turn signal switches, light bulbs, everything off of e-bay. Several people sell them.
