ps the 71 -74 b-bodys are the cool looking cars

Thanks 71440GTX. I will help others as well.
I think my car is unmolested as well, with the exception of one thing. When my dad bought the car, the last owner needed new strobe strips. He either couldnt find them or didnt want them. Either way, he had a shop paint some eeerrrie stripes on it. The strips that the shop painted on the car started from just behind the front tires, back across the doors, rear to the quartes and up over the trunk.

No stripes over the roof.

It appears the Tor-Red is the original from the factory.

The cars look great! Nothing like CLEAN and RUST FREE! I think you said the butterscotch has 14 inch rallye's, I think they look pretty good on her.
With all the members here from OH/MI/IN/KY, we could have a hell of a show one day.

with all those 71/72's together, wow

Thanks guys
Yes, the butterscotch car has 14s (and only 60 series tires)....so in addition to having small narrow wheels, the tires are smaller diameter than stock. It may not show in the photos, but IMHO it looks like a whale with very small legs!

15s should have been standard on these cars!!!
Maybe one of these years we can have a mini show at the Nats...
AKA Butterscotch71....the road runner nest is out to win you over this year!

Eric - I have to say that there are both exceptionaly nice cars, you are a lucky man to own 2 of them....
The only thing better then having both of them, would be if they were both in GY9.......

Thanks Nick, I do consider myself fortunate to own them. Both were righ place, right time things....and I would never be able to afford them at today's prices even with the down market.
So we voted, and I guess we'll let you stay on the nest even though you are an E body owner now

You have it wrong, I am now an E body owner in addition to being a 71GTX owner
