One Olive 12, One Olive 12. ..
I'm betting that this is a 1971 Plymouth Four Door Satellite in Amber Sherwood Green. ..
Landon will correct me if I'm wrong. . .

Well it is easy to see why only the impact colors could have matching color bumpers. I'm not an earth tone person or one for much chrome but I do like my autumn bronze only cause of the trim that sets it off. I shudder to think what a '71 brown car with matching brown bumpers would look like. I could photoshop it but some things are best left undone.
{edit} My 1st car the '71 charger was the exact same color as that police car... I just refered to it as army olive.

LMAO....i think white looks alright with painted bumpers though...however...they need all the black you can possibly put on the car becuase the car is so big the white just gets to be too much

Here is the only pic I can find of my '71 charger 500 that was "army olive green" but I never knew what mopar paint code it was. It was a special modify by spending 16 yrs on Minnesota roads. Only thing between you feet and the road was a layer of carpet.
Oh and dig those hubcaps!!!!

Personally, my favorite color the roadrunners/sattys are the browns. I love the Tahitian Gold, Sienna, and Golden Haze Metallics.
Brown and Green were big colors back in the seventies. Earth day (on my Birtday, doncha know) and the green peace movement contributed heavily to that "MOD" ecological awareness movement back then.
I even had burnt orange, white, gold, and dark brown plaid seat covers on my buckets back then.
P.S. I found the Pioneer graphic equalizer for my 8 track quad tape player. Same one I had back in the day. Only trouble is it's in Great Britain and I'm not clear on whether the automobile electronics are similar between countries.

BTW, does anyone like this color? My wife loves it. It's growing on me, but it doesn't seem masculine enough for me. . .
