What brand and part # of headers do you guys have on your cars? How much modification is needed to install headers on a 71 with a 440? Thanks.

Do you have power or manual steering, and regular or mini starter?
Don't know 72 as well as 70/71 but it matters for those cars.

Also if you have an automatic column of floor shift. 8)

I think headers suck! I learned that when I was in high school and had to lift the drivers side of the engine to get the drivers side header in and after I burned my spark plug wires and burned the starter and had to get shorty spark plugs and on and on and on

But that was in the 70s so unless header tech has gotten better,I will let you guys that have them convince me otherwise.

to totally confuse you, I plan on putting on a set of Dultra Duals, as soon as I drum up some cash.

hmiller79, I just posted, briefly, my experience this weekend installing a pair of TTI’s 2-inch headers on my 72’ under the topic “Finally some progress on the 72’ RR/GTX”.
