yup you're better off to get the emblem off after you get the insert out. i managed to get the emblem off mine once, but it already had the top of the S broken off. i also have a dash cap - my only issue was around the dash insert area - the extra thickness made it harder than hell to get the insert...

not sure...the blue 72 is in Nevada behind a fire extinguisher (i think) business...the green 71 is behind a house in Maxwell...the yellow 71 charger is by Coon Rapids, and there's also a 73-4 silver with black stripes in Lanyon, plus a matching pair of 73 or 4s in Dana :beer: Oh PS...didn't have to...

saw a spinnaker white sundance on thursday...looked really good, but the gold stripe was a bit faded, but the paint looked real good...i'll see if i can snap a pic on tuesday

i don't know much about "correct" cars, but just for my own information...on a white interior car, aren't the window trim pieces supposed to be white? the black looks bad imo

I'm only assuming, since i haven't worked on a small block, but on a big block you stick a big fat slotted screwdriver in the slot of the gear and turn counter clockwise, which raises the gear up off the teeth on the cam....unfortunately, i don't have my book here

if it's the one posted on moparts (i'm sure it is), the side stripes are great - when we had an image gallery there was an orange car with stripes similar to those - fit in great i think...love the interior, hood stripes = NO

that's the optional elastomeric bumper - the only factory way to have painted bumpers

i think the upper bolt just sticks out the back of the nut a bit - no bushing, unless there's a washer - i don't remember there is a shim that goes between the starter and trans - idk if you need it, but i would assume that it wouldn't be there if there wasn't a reason here's a pic from 440source - ...

i think you can order tops however you want - what distance between seams, pillar seams, even without seams, at least according to paddock...

there is quite a bit of extra material on vinyl tops, then you have to cut it to fit under the trim
