Take the bulkhead connector apart and try cleaning the connections. Deoxit 5 works very well.

I looked at their website and didn't see it either. Maybe since I bought mine they quit the three levels.

There are three levels of Hemi mufflers from Accurate, which did you go with? I put the middle ones on my RR and really like it. I'm like you, I loved the factory sound back then, quite except when the pedal was to the floor.

Overdrive is great. What you could do is keep an eye out for a used gear venders overdrive unit.

If you have the budget Glen Ray is the best and they look completely stock. Forget about the electric fans, and put the factory 7 blade with a fan clutch in. I have a 528 Hemi and never run over 180 degrees, and it looks factory.

Road Runners had the short tips and Chargers longer ones. As far as mufflers and so forth, it all depends on what kind of sound you like.
