Question: Do I have to change the automatic transmission kick down linkage?

2nd Question: Anyone have a source for the kickdown linkage springs?

Couple questions. A 318 car with a/c and manual brakes. How many ports would the vacuum nipple have? If I wanted to add power brakes to it how many ports would it have and what would it look like?

Hey guys. My 71 SSP came as a basket case and I'm missing the acorn nuts for the side marker bezels. I thought I had found some on ebay that were correct, but they don't hold the bezels tight.

Anyone have a source for new ones or about 16 original ones?

Next question. What do the screws that hold that part onto the ring tabs look like? Length, thread, pitch, head?

Quick question.

What are the tabs on the headlight retaining rings for? I originally thought for maybe half moon covers, but the tabs are at a diagonal instead of horizontal.

What are the 2 tabs for on each ring?

On the 71 SSP.. the front lower turn signals. Are there a right and a left? I didn't see a difference in the 2 part numbers on the ones I have. I bought my SSP as a basket case. When I installed the housings the gap around then in the lower valance isn't even/equal.
