Is this the correct valance for '71 RR with cutouts??

I was poking around on AMD's website and noticed they no longer list their '71 RR quarter panels as due in last 1/4 '08. It now show an icon for a "picture". Could it be that the panels are almost ready??????????? I haven't had a chance to call them yet.

I had a 1990 anniversary edition mustang (lx 5.0, green/white convertible top&interior with gt rims). They are fun little cars. Probably should have kept it but, I sold it and now my wife has the proceeds around her finger
