In my experience the V21/V25 coding wasn't dependent on N96 but instead varied by build plant. A Windsor car (R is the 7th digit in the VIN) typically has different coding "quirks" than other plants and this is no different. Unfortunately I believe prices on these cars are lower than they should be compared to other 440+6 mopars. Unless you find someone who really wants the car at an auction, $100K+ is a dream...I wish they were worth that (mine included).

Unless you're building a concourse correct car, I wouldn't be too concerned. I doubt all that many people even realize that the GTX lenses were different (missing the black paint) than non-bezel lenses.
