Re: Build Sheet

Welcome to the nest. The easiest way to post images is to upload your pictures to a image hosting site like photobucket.com or something similar. I have my car posted at cardomain.com. Then, when you do a reply or post on this website, you just include a url tag in your text using the URL button in ...

Re: 3 point shoulder Seatbelt

Here is a pic of my passenger side shoulder belt in my 1971 Sebring Plus before I removed the interior. You guys like my custom headliner? The mounting point is above the rear passenger window with a couple of clips to hold it up above the main passenger window. I plan to just use lap belts when I g...

Re: What would you do

Mike, I like CTownrunner's idea of coming up with a similar car for trade. If you ever have a weak moment again, that would be the way to go. If he truly wants that car, then he can find another true GTX in as good or better shape to trade with you. I'm guessing he won't go that far. It might stop t...

Re: What would you do

That's a tough call. I would really try and assess the guys sincerity in this matter. If the car meant that much to him, why did he not buy it at the estate sale himself? Sounds like you got it at a very reasonable price. Is he just sore that it got away for cheap?? If you are considering selling it...

March is about 3/4 the way through the production year, so late but not super late. But you are the first 73RR/GTX so I will get you on the list. Thanks!

Re: There are still idiots in the world

You hate to see desireable Mopars like that die in a junk yard like that. Take a close look though, the amount of rust is incredible on this poor guy. I'm afraid that even with doing ALL the body work and paint, along with chasing down the proper parts, you would easily be upside-down in this car wh...

Re: 71Grille Retoration

The plain black grill subject came up in a previous post or two, with no difinitive answer that i could find. I will throw out an edgumicated guess to stir up some discussion. Your guess on it being a spare unpainted part is a good one. Maybe they left it for the body shops to color match? My guess ...

Re: Replacement tailamp sockets?

Thats a good looking fix. I will probably have to do something similar, as my sockets are a little crusty also. Landon1 had this same question in a previous post. rr6pak forwarded him to a link on moparts that also shows someone modifying their tail light housings. Here it is: http://board.moparts.o...
