Now that I'm finally fully awake -- pretty hard to recreate a fender tag without the "order number". Might be possible to establish the build date from dates on other tags with close sequence numbers, but the order number is lost unless found on a broadcast.

The only direct proof would be the original tag, the build sheets, or possibly the window sticker. The fender tag was "lost" or thrown away by the guy who last painted the car. A little strange.
