You might try looking at a black wire on the turn signal switch harness. If its the same as my ssp, the black wire goes up behind steering wheel and hooks to a spring plunger or what ever you call it, that comes in contact with a ring on the wheel. Assuming the relay is ok, it may be that the spring...
