My 71 RR has L31 coded hood mounted turn signal lights/cables. They appear to be the original equipment. The drivers side wire is approximately 24" and the passenger side wire approximately 36 inches.

I received my kit yesterday and it too is IMCO. Looks just like the kit in your post. I figured Jegs and Summit were using the same source for these kits. My vote is for the second rim "link" you posted. The type that look similiar to the old Hurst 5-spoke rims. That said, I just installed 15" Magnum 500s on my 71 RR. See below for reference.
