Re: ranking system on the nest
If you are talking about the rank under your username, it is by posts. Satellite Coupe (RL) 1-24 posts. Roadrunner (RM) 25-49 posts. Satellite Sebring (RH) 50-74 posts. Satellite Sebring Plus (RP) 75-99 posts. GTX (RS) 100+ posts. Even though the Roadrunner is more desireable now, it was initially p...

Re: bumper jack
There have been a couple of threads in the past that have talked about the color of the hook. If you are not worried about being absolute perfect exact, John Deere green is really really close. Good Luck!

Ha Ha! Good for you. I plan on driving mine alot too. Keeping the good ole 318 and 2.76 gears so it will be easy on the gas. Definitely will be making some road trips!

Welcome to the nest. How about we take in one step at a time. Check into posting your photos to Photobucket. Just go to www.photobucket.com and sign up. It should be fairly easy to upload your car photos to their website. Check back with us once you get that figured out. Good Luck! Scott.

Re: EV2 SATELLITE SEBRING PLUS
Definitely an interesting car. I hope everyone is clear on the Galen Govier registry paperwork. When his paperwork says it is 1 of something - take a close look at the top line in the picture. It means that it is 1 of whatever according to HIS registry. Take a look at the second line: he only has 14...

Re: Good showing at Barrett Jackson so far for 71-74 B-bodie
Yep, I was surprised the consigner lumped the GTX pilot car with the 70 Coronet R/T Vert pilot car. They both went for $125K or $63K apiece. I think he left some money on the table by selling them as a pair. Speaking of a good buy. The 1971 RR with the Hemi upgrade went for $36K. The engine alone is...

Re: Good showing at Barrett Jackson so far for 71-74 B-bodie
Friday night's B-body highlight was: Lot 1052: 1971 GTX 440-6/4spd. $51K Really nice looking car and very few 6 pack four speed cars produced. It didnt go cheap and it didnt go outrageous either. Pretty much right on par with the value in Old Cars price guide. What do you guys think about the price?...

Re: Dash Harness and Seat Foam
Those seat foam backs dont look quite right. There was a previous discussion on seat foams in the forum. Just type "seat foam" in the search box above and you will find it. I think the company that has the right foams is called PG Classics - but I think they list them as 72-74. One of our members or...

Dont give up on the grill, they come around once in a while. Just be prepared to pay a pretty penny or three for it. Good luck!

Re: EV2 SATELLITE SEBRING PLUS
1972RM23's estimate of 975 seems to be a reasonable guess. Another way to look at it would be: Just over 16000 SSPs produced. Just over 17000 RR/GTXs produced. So pretty even. Now 3.2% of total production was EV2 - so in the 4000 to 4500 range. I would estimate that for every EV2 SSP that was made, ...
