Thanks Ben,
I found their number on the internet, so I will give them a ring tomorrow. It will be a shame if they refuse to sell it.
Thanks,
Scott.

Alright, I will bite. Ben or Tom, did you inquire as to how much they wanted for the whole car?

Re: WIW 73 Runner 340 GY9 in NC
Great combo for a 1973. The 340 is a great little engine. If you are looking to restore and resell, you will likely be upside-down unless you can do all of the bodywork and paint. I think these later RR with the 340 will do well down the road, its going to just take time. If you are looking for a go...

Ditto, thanks for sharing Larry. Do you have a timeline yet for when the resto begins?
Thanks, Scott.

Re: Fusebox/Dash/Firewall Wiring Problems
Wiring simply sucks. Best thing to do is to print off the wiring diagram for your car off of the mymopar site and sit down and start tracing wires. The pink and black wires you mention are part of the bundle that runs back to the trunk area. Maybe someone altered the wiring back there for an amp or ...

Re: Which RR Nest members have the latest car birthdays 71-7
RL21M3G266757 So, I guess i have one of the last ones. Wow, 803 would be a very late build for 1973. Typically they are starting the next model year by the beginning of August. The 1973/1974 change over might be a special case though. The big wigs at Chrysler knew that 1974 would be the last year f...

Re: Which RR Nest members have the latest car birthdays 71-7
My 73 has 803 on the fender tag. So, is that Aug 3? Is that early, or late? That looks like a very early build date. You can verify early or late by the last six numbers in your VIN. They started the VIN sequence numbers at 100001 at the beginning of the production year. If you are just a thousand ...

Re: Which RR Nest members have the latest car birthdays 71-7
so is that pretty late? That's fairly early...start of production for 71 B bodies was the first week of August 70 Like Eric said - 71 production started in Aug of 1970 - so your build date is roughly one month into the production year. The sequence number on your VIN should follow suit. They starte...

Re: Which RR Nest members have the latest car birthdays 71-7
Called the build date or service production date (spd) it is on your fender tag. Usually second line from the bottom and 4th group over. It is a 3 digit group. 1st digit is the month, 1-9 for Jan-Sep and A-C for Oct-Dec. The next two for the date of that month. It should be on the broadcast sheet, ...
