On my 71 GTX I have 295 x 50 x 15 on an 8" wheel with 4 1/2" BS and I think it fills the space just right.
I wish the tire was taller but you cant have it all....

I worked in the automotive plants for 30 years and one thing is for sure..If it came down to stopping the lines due to a parts shortage they will substitute incorrect parts to keep production going...If indeed Chargers and Runners went down the same lines they EASILY would have put whatever tips th...
