Re: Manual for a 73 roadrunner

I've bought two sets of body and chassis manuals on eBay, one for the garage and road trips, and one for my office. I think they were around 30-40 each and well worth the money.

Fog lights! Yess... I got a NOS pair or round ones for my car, and an old Cobra CB... I want the trunk-mounted antenna. I already have the Hi-Jackers decals on the rear window.

I bought a NOS shackle kit on eBay and then found the matching shock extensions. I also bought a set of HiJackers just to have them. If you don't crank the air pressure, they are like normal shocks. I like the air valve in my bumper. the espo springs are on the list, I just want the look of shackles...

It's hard to customize/modify a Mopar and make it look good. Some things can be done like shaving the handles and marker lights, but often times people get carried away and they don't look so good. Think about seat conversions... I've seen some perfectly good bucket-backed bench seats scrapped and c...

Apparently there is a small vaccuum pump that pulls fumes from the tank and routes them to the bottom of the intake manifold to get burned up for emissions... I've had three shops tell me it's almost hopeless to fix and to take it to the dealership. It's a simple system of vaccum lines, but whatever...

130 is not that fast, especially with regular-car gearing... 145 and above is where it gets hard... I deeply buried my 120 speedo with the old 318 more than once.

Our 4cyl. Jetta does 120-125.....

My Grandfather bought a big block 1973 SSP brand new, with a 400 2bbl and the towing package. Everything was heavy duty... It was Tahitian Gold with a tan vinyl top and parchment bucket seat interior with the slap-stick console. He used it to pull a little Shasta camper all over the US, and I even r...

There is a brown Sundance in Bakersfield, CA that the guys drives frequently. He works at a recycling center, and it appears to be untouched and all original... not in the best shape, but nice for being unmodified. I used to drive by it every day. Also... look closely at the interior in this one... ...

I think I saw some quarter panels in the bbody parts section of the classifieds area of Moparts.com

I'm not sure if they make replacement parts or not, a good place to start would be Goodmark, they make a lot of repro parts.

Good luck.
