Re: Roadrunner Concept Car
I guess I was to lazy to look. Appreciate reading some of the older posts on this. I also belong to the B-Body forum, so was unaware of this concept car. Don't remember where I saw it first. I did not know a Roadrunner forum existed until a couple of months ago.

Roadrunner Concept Car
Many forum members have probably seen this before, and have posted about it. I'm still in awe of this rendering. I think Chrysler could have made a huge market impact, if this could have been produced in lieu of the reincarnated Challenger. For those who haven't seen it, link and pic attached. 8) Li...

Re: Rear speaker holes
Hmmm. Still in the planning stage. I do like good audio reproduction in any install I do. The underside, 6x9 location will give me a fairly complete interface to the circumference of the speaker. The 5x7, not so much. I do mess with audio some, and this is an important factor. I do agree that the ri...

Re: Rear speaker holes
Good thought on underside install. My speaker covers are snap on variety, so underside install would prevent the use of these. I solved the problem, and bought a set of speaker risers. Looks like they will work without any cutting. Will only have to drill new holes.

Rear speaker holes
Installing stereo system in my Satellite. Rear speaker holes measure 5x7 and 6x9. Did Chrysler have a surplus of 5x7 speakers?? Looks like I will be enlarging the 5x7 hole to accommodate another 6x9 speaker.

Roof rail Rubber
I'm installing the roof rail rubber in my 71 Satellite. The new rubber is a universal fit for all B-bodies of that era. It is about 12" to long for my application. I'm assuming I cut the excess off, but I do not know where to cut. I do not have the old rubber to use an an example. Could anyone give ...

Re: Fender mounted turn signal indicators
Looked into my parts bin tonight. Found two set of turn signal lights. Both sets appear to be unused. My Satellite did not come with these, (1971). I believe the narrow ones are 67-68 Chrysler/Dodge. Do not know what the others are. Both sets are original factory items. Pic quality is lousy. Howco71

Re: Antifreeze Leak
Will give the sealant a try when I get the car home. It's in the exhaust shop now for some repair. The previous owner used a big hammer to get the exhaust to fit. Some areas of distorted pipe rubbing on the torsion bar and frame. Howco71 (I have a roll of white thread tape. Will try that if sealant ...

Antifreeze Leak
I'm running a rebuilt 360 in my Satellite. I've a leak out of the adjustment bolt to block, on the power steering pump. When the engine was built, all the bolts were degreased in an acid tank, removing rust and some of the metal composition from the bolt, thus the leak. Anyone resolved this problem?...

Re: Headliner bow attachment
Mines a 6 bow. Will probably be the first and last H/L for me. I placed the order with Jim's A/P. Their sail panels are also covered. Will get a friend with some experience to help with the install. Hoping to have it for a couple car runs this August, if all goes right..

Headliner bow attachment
Hi: I'm about to order headliner for my 71 Sebring. Per Jim's auto parts catalog, I need 12 bow attachment clips for my car, ($15 ea). I did not remove the headliner, so I don't know if they are necessary. I do not have any of them in my parts boxes. Puzzled. Any help. Tnx: Howco71
