Just did this same thing. Just take the whole box out to do it. You don't need to take your dash apart....just take the radio out, cables off, undo the 4 bolts on the firewall and the one over by the passenger floor vent. We're running the standard Chrysler Rallye, Steel, Silver, 15 in.x 7 in., 5 x 4.5 in. Bolt Circle, 4.25 in. Backspace on all 4 corners. Fronts are BFGoodrich Radial T/A 235/70/15 and rears are 275/60/15. I don't think the 235/70s are available anymore so I would likely go with the 255/60/15s on the ...

I just picked up the little inspection plate that bolts to the bottom of the converter dust shield and noticed that there are 2 larger bolt holes up the side of the shield that don't have bolts in them. Oh and we blacked out the core support behind the grill (so that high impact color doesn't show through) and got the rallye's all painted up. What a busy couple of days

It was time to refresh the color on the 340 so we decided to strip off all of the accessories and try our hand at repainting the motor in the car (more pics to come).
