Re: wont run

If you are using a pertronix system you bypass the ballast resistor hook the two wires together and fire it up. I am using that system but kept a stock appearance by replacing the resistor cord with a solid copper wire inside the ballast housing

Re: door jam switches

all of them should be three pin on driver two pin on passenger even without light package. ive never seen any new driver side ones for sale however every now and then i have seen a passenger side get listed, best bet just watch ebay for some nice ones they pop up from time to time.

Re: rear bumper harness

Not sure maybe i missed something but i don't see that the 71 listing is for a b body. Could be an a body or most likely for an e body since more items are made for the e body

Re: Quarter window seal comparison: original vs. reproductio

i had the exact same thing. just wait till you try and buy / install window sweeps. the repros stink and the providers dont care because "b body guys have been making them work for years" as they told me.

Re: Roof rail "tabs"

New ones fit like a champ! With a bit of trimming on the squared off end (about an 1/8"), they snapped right in place. Here's the deal, I tried Plasti Dip on the new ones (the original dip version) and it was way too thick. I recommend the spray version. I actually ended up stripping the dipped ver...

Re: Any recommendations for glass vendors?

I used an amd windshield and it fits perfect and the trim fit just right as well. I installed it with the correct size butyl tape from 3m the same way the original would have been installed. I did it myself in the driveway with my wifes help. Really not hard just heavy. The packaging charge from amd...
