Re: Remember this car?
I have not been around that area but if the lower sections of the car were silver and had chrome trim seperating the upper and lower sections I would say it was a Satellite. But how rare a 4- gear Satellite, it was possible and did happen.

We all wish
We all wish we could have kept every car we ever had or should have bought but I have one horrible regret that still haunts me. I had a super solid and straight 73 Charger SE Brougham with 400 2BBL I was restoring and my friend had a 72 Charger SE Brougham with a 400 4-speed he was desperatly trying...

My first Life Changing Experience
My first Mopar experience was in about 72 with a local with a 69 Roadrunner and a 72 -440 6 Barrel Roadrunner. The first was a tunnelrammed 383 and a 72 that was stock and triple black Air Grabber 6-Barrel. The tunnelram car would blow the doors off the brand new car back in the day. We actually cal...

Re: Galen Govier?
Why I am here, Back in the day through all my Mopars my friend had a 71 Sattelite Sebring plus with a 318 and it was typical of the mopars we grew up with. $150.00 and 15 years later it finally got parted out a bad transplant with a 383. Things didn't work out. But it is the beaters that we have all...

BM corp.
I don't want to bash any company as major as B and M transmission parts but from my experience I ordered a stall converter for my 400 Magnum 73 Charger and pointed out several times the difference between an internally balanced 383 and the 400 externally balanced motor. But I still got an internally...

Tranny ?
I have a 69 Coronet with 383-727 and I put a 2400 BM stall with shiftkit years ago. It goes bang screach like it should but has a few minor issues. I adjusted the valve body pressure like instructed with an allen wrench. I installed a BM deep finned pan and added the correct amount of fluid. My prob...

Edelbrock Performer ?
I have a 69 Coronet 500 convertible with a 383 2- barrel motor but now has TTI headers and edelbrock 750 Performer carb and Edelbrock Performer RPM intake. This motor has never been apart and when I checked the compression years ago it was all within 15 # per cylinder. I have an awesome orange box i...

Sponsered by GM best Chevy, Best 69 Camaro, Best Ford and Best brand X. Hum no wonder I gave up on this magazine before Hotrod. Mopars are Brand X, IMHO Mopars and AMC kicked ass, plus Ford killed GM. SHEEP SHEEP SHEEP. My mint MOPAR ragtop stays home for this one and my families money. Thier LOSS so...
