Re: Interior

If you go to the main page "board index" and scroll down to the "Technical Archive" section and click on the link for "Articles" - there is an article all about the 1971-1974 interchange for interiors.

Re: Interior

A lot of little pieces will be the same or very similar. The seats are very similar, but the vinyl pattern will be different. The main dash frame should also be the same, just different emblems and finishes sometimes. A lot of interior stuff interchanges between 1971-1974 Satellites and Chargers, bu...

Re: Another Plymouth B-Body Sunroof car saved...well...maybe

So it begins...the guy that helped me drag it up out of the ravine hauled it into town and dropped it off at my friend Jeremy's place. Got it up on some blocks and went to work on it. As you could tell, the front end was pretty much toast. Got the fenders and valance off. Then went to work on cuttin...

Still some good pieces on that one.
The rear tail panel looks better than mine.
Hows the trunk floor?
Since the car sat upside down for 25+ years, the floor pan and trunk pan are in really good shape.

Re: Trying to find a missing piece

Don't take this down as gospel - but I think the header panel is the same for 1971 and 1972. The only difference is the emblem that goes in the recess of the panel. For 1971, the emblem is the basic Plymouth emblem. For 1972, the emblem is a disc that completely fills the recessed area. Scott.

Another Plymouth B-Body Sunroof car saved...well...maybe

Yep, you guys are going to think I am nuts with this one. I happened upon another factory sunroof car in my area. This one will be an incredibly challenging project for my retirement years, when my welding and fabbing skills are much better. The story begins about three years ago at a local car show...

Re: Windshield and back glass molding clips

Hope someone can help out here - I am not quite to this step yet. When we did my buddy's 69 Runner, the windshield clips were different than the back glass clips.

Re: Daddy's Stinky Car progress page - updated for 2018.

Looks like I will have some more time for the car soon. I am currently building a car corral so I can get all 3 of my 71-72 projects in one place. Hope to have some progress by the end of the month. Scott.

Jimmy Boros at airgrabber.com or his store on eBay user name Recharged - specializes in 71-74 B-body parts. He had several at the swap meet at the Midwest Mopars in the Park show 2 weeks ago.

Re: Rear seat frames - what can interchange

Sorry it took me so long to get back. Here are the bottom seat frame pics. Also - I thing the grey and black is just an optical illusion - they are likely white and black with the black overpowering the white to make it look grey. https://i.imgur.com/YIpAdBB.jpg https://i.imgur.com/EZqnDwL.jpg https...

Re: Rear seat frames - what can interchange

With not much change to the interiors from 1971 through 1974, I would be very surprised if Ma Mopar changed the rear seat springs much from year to year. A lot of interior parts interchange for these years - with maybe some small exceptions in appearance. I have my rear seat springs stripped from my...
