sorry to see ur rr get hit. have u been able to find the rear valance. curious as to why u didnt keep the one that was bent. i will send photos of the valance now it looks good enough for me remember i have had this car almost 20 years and really wanted that cut out valance thank you

yes the valance was yellow my body man hammered it out and is no longer bashed up as u say. to me 260 is a steal my man

i paid $260.00 for the valance used but in good shape, 5 yrs at carlisle and jimmy boros had what i needed the only one there,\. base plate $150.00 great shape

finally found that elusive 1972 rear valance with cut outs at carslie along with the original air grabber base plate. alot of fun nice people and cars

What month is the earliest 1972 air grabber on this site. Still trying conferm Galen's report he sent. In his book my car was the 4th one built (Nov. 1971) Any help would be great

Thank you, as far as I can tell the 71 stripe was on there since 1978. I know the 2nd owner and it was on the car then. I just thought I would restore it like it was when I bought it in 91

For some reason, whenever I try to post pictures of my newly restored '72 Roadrunner, it says that the file is invalid. Is there any reason why it won't work? If you could help me out, please leave comments.
