I believe someone makes a fiberglass bumper. Any good chrome shop will take out any imperfections prior to final chrome. Production bumpers where just that, "production" Looks good but not perfect. When you did the heater core are you sure you put the vac lines back the way they came off? The actuators are working with the hand pump so that's not the issue. I would take off the vac lines off(mark them of course) the actuators and check and see if you hear the vac change between the lines when ...

As 71bird said, You need the rest of the wiring. Power from the alternator goes to the amp meter then the rest of the vehicle. This! You can use paint to cut the size down also. I think it's easier than IrfanView.

I know the rockers are available but they are not listed at AMD. Check out the link below(part # 304-00L 304-00R). Sherman has a lot stuff and some that others do not.
