You don't get a tow hitch if that is what you are asking, just 26" radiator and other HD goodies.

White 72RR's were under 200 made. Triple white would be rather unusual.

I would think a 73-74 stripe set on a 71-72 car would not work since the rear windows are different, as in the angle on the c pillar is way different. You would have to custom make something in my opinion.

On RM21 cars they do not roll down, if it was RM 23 they would Ok Im new to MOPAR what is the difference between 21 and 23? RM21 is two door coupe = fixed rear windows. All 1973 and 1974 RR were RM21 coupes. I've never personally seen one but 73-74 RR with power windows the rear windows are operabl...
