71 B headlamp adjuster?
Got multiple headlamp assemblies, most believed to be from a few 71 RR and maybe a 72 Sat. 2 diff headlamp adjuster styles, both have the same screw, 1 has a plastic insert that snaps into the headlamp mount panel and the other has a smaller plastic insert, which snaps into a metal "cage" which goes...

Re: Frame specs for 71
If my PM didn't go through, I would definitely appreciate a set of factory specs. For those interested, I took some underhood measurments from a 71 GTX, same owner since 73 that he states was never wrecked. Not to be sacriligous but couldn't find the preferred tram gauge, had to use metric measureme...

Re: Bucket seat 'seized' (won't tilt fwd)
Went through this a week or so ago if you haven't solved your problem yet... Helps with the seat out of the car, if you remove side trim around button (may have to pull plastic seat back off, or at least loosen it), you should have access to 3 bolts that hold the latching/release mechanism in place....

Re: A source for correct nuts and bolts
plus it gives you a guide for where they all go, for people like me who took their car apart 10+ years ago I'm 20 years disassembled, throw in a wife, 3 kids along with 1 flood in a storage shed that rusted all front hardware into a 20 pound boat anchor, I have GOT to check that site out... thanks ...

Re: 71 340 RR
I'm tinkering on my 71 340 car, RM23H1. I don't think it carries additional value, I just like it due to being a small block fanatic. My current project is green poly, parted out a yellow 71 340 some years ago and have seen others. Don't know of any factory 340 A/G cars but have seen a few around. P...

Re: AMD 71-2 Rear quarter update
http://www.autometaldirect.com/listing.php?listingid=115&pageid=117 I haven't checked actual availability yet, but hoping these lower patches (need both rears for mine), are as functional as the full quarters you did. I think an advantage of the patches, and I'll volunteer as test monkey :D for thes...

Re: "First" 71 Road Runner
Anyone have a photo of the hood mounted indicator location? I have a set of indicators, I think fender mounts, but if hood mounts would like to know location. My car (BEFORE I bought it) was wrecked and repainted more than once, although one time was blasted down the right side. Some items have been...

Re: AMD 71-2 Rear quarter update
Thanks for the heads up. I've been looking at AMD's line up and was hoping somebody would test one first.
Did you do the full quarter or lower patch?

Available part numbers
I told Eric I would wait until I had a lot of them, but I lied. I ran some numbers through my buddies at a local Dodge dealership, 2 numbers came up as readily available, 2276749, rear hood bumpers (on the rear corners), available through regular order at your local Mopar dealer. 2949228, hoo...

Re: Holy crap... can you say, "Re-body"?
Sadly, I could probably use that car. I have enough glass and metal, but I'm in desperate need of trinkets. 90% of all nuts, bolts, washers, screws went rusty or MIA when I stored my car some time ago.

Re: request for participation
Newish to the site as a lurker but not with the intention of taking without giving. As some have posted already, I have limited knowledge of the cars, just a sincere admiration of the RM's but will be willing to help as needed. Recently hauled my disassembled 71 RR out of a storage facility after al...
