Re: Petty Blue 71 RR's?

The petty blue HEMI car was sadly lost in a fire about 3 years ago, but it was not a forest fire. With a car like that though, it will likely be restored.

Re: '71 GTX ,GRILLE COLORS

The all silver grille is correct for Satellite. SSP, Road Runner, and GTX had black (unpainted) fins

Re: Fender Tag - How do I get one?

Your only hope is that the original tag or broadcast sheet shows up somewhere...long shot at best.

Re: '71 GTX ,GRILLE COLORS

The black portion on an original grille was not painted, just shiny black plastic

Re: 1971 GTX St. Louis Production

A 1007xx VIN is doubtful to be a pilot car but it will be the first week if not the first day of normal production.

Re: 71 RR/GTX Automatic with A34

Those numbers are for both automatic and 4spd cars. I have 4sdp road runner coded A34, but the 4.10s have been changed out (still has the original dana).

Re: hood latch 1973 road runner

I don't know 73s and if they're the same as 71s, but here's the bracket that holds the bottom of the rod for a 71.

What cars made up that line? Am I missing any?
GTX
Roadrunner
Satellite

Thanks
That covers it. B5 was not a rare color on 71 Bs (for good reason...great color).

Re: 1971 GTX St. Louis Production

Hello All, I just purchased a 1971 Plymouth GTX. It's a B5 True Blue color. It's door sticker says manufactured in August 1970, so it's early build from the St Louis plant. It's a standard 440 automatic car. I'm trying to find out color production figures for it. The only numbers I know are 2211 to...
