Have any of you all experienced a stuck harmonic balancer? Mine is not budging at all. Are there any tips and tricks to getting this sucker off? I hope I am correct in my assumption that Chrysler didn't change bolt sizes from 1969 to 1971 on the 383. I have a 383 that I need to pull out of a car for a rebuild.
