The clutch is not slipping............I think you are correct, I think it needs a pressure plate.

I could be mistaken, But I ordered a set for my car and found that the "longest" ones 25 or?...Are black rubber coated....All others (I found) are clear plastic coated. Where did you order from? So the rear defogger motor goes where the right rear speaker would go? .. I have a factory AM/FM stereo radio and there are 2 speakers there now (non factory) so, could you get a rear defogger with a factory stereo?...OR did the factory stereo come with only one rear speaker?

Installation of a rear widow defogger
Can anyone help me with either pictures or a diagram of the proper installation of a rear window defogger for my 1972 RR?........I have all the parts ready to install and would like to do the installation as the factory did.....Thanks in advance

Can anyone show pictures of the proper vacuum tube routing for a charcoal canister on a 1972 340 Roadrunner?...Also I have seen other years (73/74?) with additional vacuum pieces that go on the firewall, Did 1972 have these?...Any help would be great ..Thanks

I had the same thoughts.....I also do not remember ever seeing an air grabber car with the "struts"..were they built with them and an air grabber?
