I finally got my car in paint. Is there some trash and a few hairs (human and dog ) inn it - Yup! But, I think it came out pretty good for a first time garage paint job. I finished the cut and buff this weekend.

Hi all, I finally started to get some paint on my car. This is my first time attempting to paint a car so, I started on the bottom to get some practice. It will be covered with undercoating anyway. I started working on the front and rear valances. I stripped the front and ran into filler. I found several areas of bad repair attempts (pick, hammer, chisel) damage. As well as, several dents. I decided to de-rust the inside of the ribs on my hood. I snaked a couple of sections of sprinkler hose through the factory holes where I could. I then pumped Rust911 through for about a day. It worked pretty well. After rinsing and drying, I sprayed the inside of the ribs with Eastwoods Inner frame...

I drilled the holes for the hood pins a little larger after taking the above image.

Can anyone verify that these holes were 1” from the factory?
